What is HoneyGate?

A plain-English intro to what HoneyGate is and what it does for your Discord server.

HoneyGate is an all-in-one bot for your Discord server. Instead of running four or five separate bots — one for roles, one for levels, one for giveaways, one to keep out spam — HoneyGate does all of it from one place. It works for any community, big or small.

Think of it as the staff member who never sleeps: it greets new people, hands out the right roles, runs your games and giveaways, keeps troublemakers out, and answers questions — all automatically, based on rules you set once.

What you can do with it

Here are the big things, in plain terms:

• Give people roles automatically. Let members pick their own roles from a menu (color roles, game pings, interests), hand out a role when someone reaches a level, or grant a "Verified" role after a quick check. HoneyGate assigns and removes roles for you based on the rules you set — no manual role-clicking.
• Welcome new members with a custom message and starter roles the moment they join.
• Reward activity. People earn points for chatting, reacting, and joining voice calls. Those points unlock levels, roles, and items in your shop — so your most active members get recognized.
• Run giveaways and games with a click — including games like prediction calls and a social deduction game your community can play together.
• Keep your server safe. HoneyGate can spot likely duplicate ("alt") accounts, filter spam and scam links, and — if you turn it on — use AI to flag suspicious messages for your staff to review.
• Grow your community with invite tracking (see who's bringing people in), launch countdowns, and scheduled announcements.
• Got a crypto community? (optional) HoneyGate can also connect members' wallets and give roles based on the tokens or NFTs they hold — for example, "hold 100 of our token → Holder role." It's completely optional: if that's not your community, just leave it off and use everything above.

You turn on only the features you want. Everything has an off switch.
