Three Pro features for posting on time and running clean launches: scheduled announcements, launch countdowns, and a whitelist manager.

Scheduled announcements

Write a polished announcement now and have HoneyGate post it later — once, or on a repeating schedule.

Setting it up: create an announcement with a channel, the embed content (title, body, colour, images, footer), and a schedule:

• One-time at a specific date/time
• Daily or weekly at a set time
• Every N minutes for recurring reminders

You can also ping a role when it posts. Times are in UTC.

Launch countdown

Post a live, ticking countdown to a moment — a mint, an event, a reveal.

Setting it up: create a countdown with a target time, a channel, and the message. It shows a clock that updates itself (using Discord's native relative-time display, so it's always accurate). At zero, the embed switches to your "we're live" message and can ping a role.

Whitelist manager

Run a first-come-first-served signup — useful for early access, allowlists, or (crypto) wallet allowlists.

Setting it up: create a campaign with a name, a channel, and a maximum number of claims. Members click Claim; once the cap is hit, it closes automatically. You can require members to have a specific role first, or (crypto, optional) a verified wallet so the wallet is captured on claim.

Tips

• Keep all scheduled times in UTC to avoid surprises.
• The countdown needs no babysitting — Discord renders the live clock for you.
• For a wallet whitelist, make sure wallet verification is on so members can claim with a linked wallet.
