Managing your subscription
Update your card, view invoices, switch plans, or cancel — all from one secure place.
Everything to do with your Pro subscription — updating your card, downloading invoices, or cancelling — happens in Stripe's secure billing portal. You reach it from the HoneyGate admin panel.
Opening the billing portal
- Log in to the admin panel and select the server whose subscription you want to manage.
- Go to the Upgrade / Billing area and click Manage subscription.
- You'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal, where you can:
- Update your payment card.
- View and download invoices and payment history.
- Cancel your subscription.
As with upgrading, only the server owner can manage billing.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from that same billing portal. When you cancel, the server stays on Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then automatically drops back to the Free plan — nothing is deleted, and you're not charged again.
If a server goes back to Free, its Pro features simply switch off; your settings and data are kept, so upgrading again later picks up right where you left off.
Switching between monthly and yearly
You can change between the monthly and yearly plans from the billing portal too. Stripe handles the proration (crediting any unused time) automatically.
Questions about a charge?
Because Stripe processes all payments, your card statement and invoices come from there. If something looks wrong, the billing portal has your full invoice history — and you can always reach us at the contact address on our Privacy page.
