Design clean, branded message boxes for your announcements and panels.

An "embed" is the tidy, formatted message box (with a coloured side bar, a title, and fields) that bots post instead of plain text. The embed builder is how you design them.

Basic vs full

• Basic embed builder (Free) — pick from preset templates and fill in the text and colour. Quick and clean for simple announcements.
• Full embed builder (Pro) — full control: title, description, multiple fields (up to 25), images, author, footer, and saved templates you can reuse across channels and re-edit later.

Setting it up

Open the embed builder in the admin panel, design your embed, choose the channel, and post it. With the full builder you can save it as a reusable template.

Where embeds show up

Many features use embeds automatically (welcomes, announcements, role panels, giveaways). The embed builder is for the standalone posts you want to craft yourself — rules, info boards, FAQs, links.

Tips

• Keep a consistent accent colour across your embeds for a branded look.
• The full builder's saved templates save time if you post similar things often.
