Invite tracking
See who's bringing new members in, with a per-inviter leaderboard. (Pro)
Invite tracking tells you who invited whom — so you can see which members are actually growing your community, and reward them.
What it does
When someone joins, HoneyGate works out which invite link they used and attributes the join to whoever made that link. It keeps a running count and a leaderboard.
Setting it up
In the admin panel, open Invite Tracking and:
- Turn it on.
- (Optional) Choose a log channel to auto-post "X invited Y" lines.
- (Optional) Turn on track leaves to also record when invited members leave.
Permission note: HoneyGate needs the Manage Server and View Audit Log permissions to read your invite list. Without them, joins are still recorded but the inviter can't be identified.
Member experience
It's mostly behind the scenes. Members can see invite standings on the leaderboard, which is a nice bit of friendly competition.
Tips
- Pair it with a reward — e.g. a "Recruiter" role for members who invite a certain number of people.
- The leaves option helps you spot low-quality invites (lots of joins that immediately leave).
