The community games HoneyGate runs (trivia, prediction calls, battle royale, and more) and how to play.

HoneyGate comes with a set of community games your server can run. They're a fun way to earn rewards and play together. A server owner switches on the ones they like, so you might see all of these or just a few.

Most games are started by the server's staff. Then you join in by clicking a button or answering in the channel. Win, and you usually earn XP and Points.

Looking for the casino (/coinflip, /slots, /blackjack) or group /bet? Those play with your server's Coins, not XP/Points, so they live on the Coins & the economy page.

Here's what each one is.

CRACKR: the daily word

The daily brain-teaser the whole server plays together. Every day at midnight UTC your server gets one hidden 5-letter word, the same word for everyone, and you get six tries to crack it. Each guess comes back with colors: 🟩 right letter in the right spot, 🟨 in the word but somewhere else, ⬛ not in the word.

How you play: run /crack play. Your board is completely private, only you can see it. Click Make a guess, type a 5-letter word, and read the colors. When you finish, one click posts a spoiler-free result card to the channel: just your score and the color pattern, never the letters, so nobody gets the word spoiled.

Why come back daily: solving the word pays XP and Points, and winning on back-to-back days builds a streak. Check /crack stats for your streak, win % and guess histogram, and /crack top for today's fastest solvers and the all-time board. A new word drops every day.

QUIZR: trivia

A trivia game. Staff post a question with a few answer buttons, and the first person to pick the right answer within the time limit wins. Quick, simple, and great for a fast burst of competition.

How you play: watch for the question to appear, then click the answer you think is correct before time runs out.

CALLR: prediction calls

A prediction game. Staff ask a yes/no (or multiple-choice) question about something that hasn't happened yet, like "Will we hit 1,000 members this week?", and everyone votes. When the outcome is known, staff settle it, and everyone who called it right earns the reward.

How you play: click your prediction before voting closes. Your accuracy (how often you call it right) is tracked on the Games page of your portal.

SLAYR: last one standing

A battle-royale-style elimination game, told as a fun story. Everyone who joins is "in the arena," and the bot runs round after round, eliminating players with playful narration until one winner is left standing. There's even a chance to get revived mid-game, so it's never over till it's over.

How you play: click Join when the game opens, then sit back and watch the rounds play out. Last survivor wins the prize.

A "find the impostor" social game. Everyone joins, and one random player is secretly made the impostor (only they know). Then everyone votes on who they think it is. Catch the impostor and the group wins; let them slip by and the impostor wins.

How you play: click Join, then cast your vote when the voting phase opens. If you're chosen as the impostor, you'll be told privately. Try not to get caught!

CAPTR: collect & catch

A catch-and-collect game. Creatures appear on their own in a channel your server picks, and every member gets one grab attempt at each one. Grabs can miss. Rarer creatures are worth more and are harder to hold onto. Roughly 1 in 32 is a ✨ Shiny, worth triple.

How you play: when a creature appears, pick your grab. Quick Grab plays it safe. Honey Trap is harder to land but pays extra XP. You only get one shot per creature, so choose well. Your first catch of each day pays a small bonus and builds your daily catch streak, and there are one-time bonuses at catch milestones, plus a big one for catching every creature in the collection.

Show it off: run /dex show in Discord to post your collection card (or peek at someone else's), and /dex top to see the server's top collectors. Your portal's Games page keeps your tally too: catches, unique finds, shinies, and your rarest.

Seeing your stats

Open the Games page on your member portal to see how you're doing in each game in a server: your CALLR accuracy, EXPOSR rounds, SLAYR wins, CAPTR collection, CRACKR streak, and more.
